Product is great. Vendor has a problem.My review is geared towards the seller, Multilink Solutions, Inc. located in Lexington, Kentucky. The LHG itself is great; Mikrotik manufactures superb products and packages them very well.The Mikrotik product gets 5 Stars. Multilink Solutions gets 1 Star.The package arrived undamaged. Upon opening it, I discovered that the unit had been previously opened and used. The small bag containing the hardware (AC power adapter, Ethernet PoE, screws, etc.) had been ripped open, and the parts were randomly loose within the box. The plastic foam sheet that protects the dish during shipment was crumpled and stuffed in the bottom of the box. The documentation relating to warranty and installation of the various pieces was missing.I would have returned the product except that I was working on a project with a very tight time constraint.I will be writing to Mikrotik to advise them of their vendor’s shortcomings.
