Less Expensive Options AvailableWhile this MikroTik item is high quality like the rest of their products I am using, unless you need the SPF (fiber) option, there are less costly router/switches available from them

Everything you want in a small switch24v poe DOES pass through from the power supply to the ports!Simple device but 100% effective. Bought this for my shed and it met all my needs.I ran MM fiber to the shed through a power conduit. Just about any fiber SFP will work with this switch. I setup the switch VLANS just as they are on my home network and that was all that I needed to do. I am using 24v Unifi Access Point and it was able to get power from this switch as well.Not much else to say – working great!
