- Mikrotik BaseBox 5 RB912UAG-5HPnD-OUT in an outdoor enclosure, fit with two RPSMA connectors for antennas, and a cable hood for protection against moisture. Also available are three additional places for antenna connectors, in case you wish to use the RB912 miniPCIe slot for one more wireless interface to make a dual band device.
- The case can be opened with one hand, and is protected against the elements. USB, Ethernet and a Grounding wire exits are provided on the bottom, behind a protective door.
- Comes with a mounting loop for tower/pole mounting, and a separate DIN rail mount is also provided. Package also includes a PoE injector and power supply unit.

These things are great. We have about a dozen of them in …These things are great. We have about a dozen of them in service with links from 10 to 100 miles. The mANT30 antenna pairs well, but we have mostly deployed them with the ARC-DA5830SD1. The onboard software works well for OSPF and VRRP, allowing routing to failover when something breaks.

This is the US locked model.Unfortunately I wasn’t really able to use this. The model number doesn’t say, but this IS the US model.

I’m sure this is a very robust system, but …I’m sure this is a very robust system, but there should be more user friendly instructions on the manufacturer’s webpage. The website assumes that all users are IT types.
